Recipe of Gajar ki kachori



Ingredients:

Ø  carrot- 2 big size
Ø  refine flour- 2 cups
Ø  salt- 1 tbs
Ø  sugar- 1 tbs
Ø  azwaine- ¼ th tbs
Ø  black peeper powder- ½ tbs
Ø  baking soda- a pinch
Ø  refine oil- 250 ml

Method:


First grate the two pieces of carrots finely. Mix flour with the finely grated carrots in a big bowl. Add salt, peeper sugar, azwaine and baking soda in that mixture and make a dough. No water should be added. From the dough make small pieces of balls to make the kachauri. Roll the kachauris and make 10-12 puris. Take a pan and put it on gas oven. Take oil in that pan and heat it. Now fry it. Your Gajar ka kachori is ready. Serve it with vegetable and pickle.
